the relevant primary unit where they completed their studies, together with proof of payment bank payment receipt.<a application documentation includes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Educational documents issued by the relevant primary academic unit.<\/li>\n<li>The relevant application form (<em>If applicable<\/em>);<\/li>\n<li>Additional supporting documentation, where applicable<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8e0ed56 elementor-widget__width-inherit elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"8e0ed56\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Verification by the relevant primary academic unit and forwarding to the Rectorate of the University of Medicine, Tirana (UMT)<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-bfb032f elementor-widget__width-inherit elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"bfb032f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1.The primary academic unit, within 5 (five) working days, carries out:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Verification of the documentation;<\/li>\n<li>Verification of authenticity;<\/li>\n<li>Completion of the relevant forms (<em>If required<\/em>).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>2.Following the relevant confirmation, the primary academic unit prepares the official accompanying letter for the documents confirmed by them and forwards the copies attached, bearing the Rectorate\u2019s confirmation stamp, together with the payment receipt submitted by the applicant.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1cd59c1 elementor-widget__width-inherit elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"1cd59c1\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Procedure at the Rectorate<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-320ff91 elementor-widget__width-inherit elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"320ff91\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After the submission of the documentation to the Rectorate of the University of Medicine, Tirana, for the continuation of the administrative procedures, the documentation is taken into administration by the Directorate of Research, Academic Promotion and Communication.<\/p>\n<p>The relevant structure carries out the administrative verification of the documentation to ensure its regularity and compliance with institutional procedures, confirming that each document is provided with the required signatures, stamps, and confirmation from the relevant primary academic unit.<\/p>\n<p>After the completion of the administrative verification, which takes no more than 3 (three) working days, the documentation is provided with the relevant stamp and signed by the Rector or the authorized Vice-Rector.<\/p>\n<p>The applicant may choose:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Physical collection of the documents (<em>At the Directorate of Research, Academic Promotion and Communication at the Rectorate of the University of Medicine, Tirana (UMT)<\/em>);<\/li>\n<li>Sending by post to the relevant institution (<em>Depending on the applicant\u2019s request.<\/em>).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1799391 elementor-widget__width-inherit elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"1799391\" data-element_type=\"widget\" documentation<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8aa028d elementor-widget__width-inherit elementor-widget class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The collection of the confirmed documentation is carried out by the applicant at the Directorate of Research, Academic Promotion and Communication at the Rectorate of the University of Medicine, Tirana (UMT).<\/p>\n<p>In cases where the documentation needs to be sent by post from UMT to another institution, the applicant collects the documents from the Directorate of Research, Academic Promotion and Communication at the Rectorate of UMT in order to have them provided with the required stamp. <em>Apostile<\/em> and with the official translation (<em>If required<\/em>) . Afterwards, the applicant submits the documents again to the Directorate of Research, Academic Promotion and Communication, together with the details of the receiving institution, such as: the is forwarded to the Directorate of Research, Academic Promotion and Communication for further processing of the procedure.<\/li>\n<li>The relevant Directorate forwards it by email to the respective primary academic unit for processing<\/li>\n<li>The primary academic unit provides a response within 5 (five) working days.<\/li>\n<li>The Directorate of Research, Academic Promotion and Communication, within 3 (three) working days, finalizes the response and sends it to info@umed.edu.al, from where it is communicated to the requesting
