GRaduates Advancement and Development of University capacities in Albania (GRADUA)

Projekti GRADUA, i cili financohet nga Programi Erasmus+ i Bashkimit Evropian, do të mbështesë universitetet shqiptare duke krijuar një model të integruar kërkesë-ofertë të bazuar mbi të dhënat e databazës së të diplomuarve, përmes: mbledhjes së të dhënave lidhur me performancën e tyre; lehtësimin e bashkëpunimit ndërmjet Institucioneve të Arsimit të Lartë (IAL) dhe bizneseve; lehtësimin e pozicionimit të të diplomuarve në tregun e punës.

Implementimi i këtij projekti do të ndihmojë në organizimin e informacionit, duke lejuar kështu edhe monitorimin e vazhdueshëm dhe efektiv të sistemit të trajnimit dhe të tregut të punës, lidhjes së tyre dhe parashikimin  e aftësive të nevojshme në të ardhmen, për t’ju përshtatur më së miri këtij tregu.

Projekti GRADUA do të mbështesë universitetet shqiptare për krijimin e modelit të integruar kërkesë-ofertë, përmes:

1. mbledhjes dhe analizës së të dhënave mbi performancën dhe universitetin e të diplomuarve, duke gjeneruar dokumentim të besueshëm, të vazhdueshëm dhe të përditësuar për vlerësimin e sistemit të Arsimit të Lartë në mbështetje të proceseve reformuese në vijimësi;
2. lehtësimin e bashkëpunimit ndërmjet institucioneve të arsimit të lartë dhe botës së biznesit (do të zhvillohen shërbimet IT online që do të vendosen në dispozicion si të të diplomuarve, ashtu edhe të stafit universitar dhe kompanive të biznesit);

• lehtësimin e pozicionimit të të diplomuarve në tregun e punës.

The GRADUA project will support Albanian Universities by establishing an integrated demand supply matching model based on the graduates’ database through: collection of data on graduates’ performances; facilitation of the cooperation between HEIs and business; facilitation of the placement of graduates in the labour market.

The implementation of this project will help in organizing information, allowing continuous and effective monitoring of the training and labour market system, their connectivity and anticipating the skills needed in the future to adapt the graduates to the best, in this market

The GRADUA project will support Albanian Universities by establishing an integrated demand supply matching model based on the graduates’ database (on the model developed in Italy) through:

1. collection and analysis of data on graduates performances and universities, issuing reliable, continuous and updated documentation for assessing the HE system at support of the ongoing reform process;
2. facilitation of the cooperation between higher education institutions and business world (IT based online services are developed and made available to both graduates, and university staff and firms);

• facilitation of the placement of graduates in the labour market.
