Within the framework of the Erasmus+ Programme, the call for applications is open for the administrative or academic staff of the University of Medicine, Tirana, for participation in the Staff Week to be held during the period 20–24 May 2024 at the Medical University of Wroclaw, Poland.
Duration of Mobility: 5 days of training + 2 travel days
Number of positions: 2 (dy)
The grant includes:
- Daily allowance (160 EURO per day for staff)
- Travel costs (depending on the distance between the host university and the home university). To determine the distance, click on the following link:

Documents to be submitted:
- Curriculum Vitae në gjuhën Angleze
- Photocopy of the passport
- Motivation letter in English
- Employment Certificate and approval from the Dean of the respective Faculty to undertake the mobility (translated into English and notarized). In the case of administrative staff of the Rectorate, the employment certificate will be issued by the Human Resources Department and the approval will be obtained from the Director of the respective Directorate.
- English Language Proficiency Certificate at B2 level, translated into English and notarized.

The documents must be submitted to the Protocol Office at the Rectorate of the University of Medicine, Tirana, as well as scanned and sent to the following address: projects.office@umed.edu.al
The documentation submitted to the Protocol Office must be accompanied by the Application Form, which contains the information for each applicant and must be signed by the applicant.
