Admissions and registrations

Study programmes at the University of Medicine, Tirana are organized into three cycles:

• First-cycle “Bachelor” programmes
• Integrated second-cycle “Master of Science” programmes
• Second-cycle programmes: “Professional Master” and “Master of Science”.
• Third-cycle programmes: “Long-Term Specializations”.
• Third-cycle programmes: “Doctorate”.
• Third-cycle programmes: “Executive Master”.

• Admissions to first-cycle “Bachelor” study programmes and integrated second-cycle “Master of Science” programmes.

Eligible applicants are candidates who have successfully completed upper secondary education and who meet the grade point average criterion defined each year by a decision of the Academic Senate of the University of Medicine, Tirana.

• Admissions to second-cycle “Professional Master” and “Master of Science” programmes.

Eligible applicants are candidates who have successfully completed a first-cycle study programme and have obtained the corresponding diploma, as well as those who meet the criteria defined and published by the main units (faculties) of the University of Medicine, Tirana.

• Admissions to third-cycle “Executive Master” programmes.

Eligible applicants are candidates who have successfully completed an integrated second-cycle “Master of Science” programme and who meet the admission criteria defined and published by the main units of the University of Medicine, Tirana.

Eligible applicants are candidates who have successfully completed an integrated second-cycle “Master of Science” programme in “General Medicine” and “Dentistry”, and who meet the admission criteria according to the regulatory acts of the University of Medicine, Tirana, as published by its main units.
