The call for scholarships under the Erasmus+ Programme is now open at the “LAVOSLAV RUZICK” University of Applied Sciences in Vukovar, Croatia, for the academic staff of the University of Medicine, Tirana, for training purposes and participation in the “International Week”, which will be held by this university from 12–16 May 2025.

The scholarships include:

Daily allowance for staff (€140/day)

Travel costs (depending on the distance between the host university and the home university)

Curriculum Vitae in English;
List of publications in English;
Photocopy of passport;
Motivation Letter in English.
Employment certificate and approval from the Dean of the respective Faculty to undertake the mobility (translated and notarized into English);
Certificate proving English language proficiency at B2 level;
Mobility Plan;
Declaration Form

The documents must be submitted to the Protocol Office at the Rectorate of the University of Medicine, Tirana, and also sent as scanned copies to the following email address: projects.office@umed.edu.al

The documentation submitted to the Protocol Office must be accompanied by the Application Form, which contains the information for each applicant and must be signed by the applicant.
