Within the framework of the Erasmus+ Programme, the call for applications is open for scholarships for the administrative staff of the University of Medicine, Tirana, for training at the University of Granada, Spain, for the academic year 2023/2024.
The mobility includes:
Administrative Staff Mobility
Duration of Mobility:
5 days of training + 2 travel days
The grant includes:
- Daily allowance (€180 per day for staff)
- Travel costs (depending on the distance between the host university and the home university). To determine the distance, click on the following link:

Documents to be submitted:
- Curriculum Vitae në gjuhën Angleze
- Photocopy of the passport
- Motivation letter in English
- Employment Certificate and approval from the Dean of the respective Faculty to undertake the mobility (translated into English and notarized). In the case of administrative staff of the Rectorate, the employment certificate will be issued by the Human Resources Department and the approval will be obtained from the Director of the respective Directorate.
- English Language Proficiency Certificate at B2 level, translated into English and notarized.

The Mobility Plan is signed by the applicant and subsequently by the Institutional Erasmus+ Coordinator, Prof. Dr. Alma Idrizi.
The documents must be submitted to the Protocol Office at the Rectorate of the University of Medicine, Tirana, as well as scanned and sent to the following address: projects.office@umed.edu.al
The documentation submitted to the Protocol Office must be accompanied by the Application Form, which contains the information for each applicant and must be signed by the applicant.
