CALL FOR SCHOLARSHIPS FOR THE ACADEMIC STAFF OF THE UNIVERSITY OF MEDICINE, TIRANA, FOR TEACHING AT THE MEDICAL UNIVERSITY OF SOFIA, BULGARIA

Within the framework of the Erasmus+ Programme, a call for applications for mobility scholarships is open to the academic staff of the University of Medicine, Tirana, at the Medical University of Sofia, Bulgaria, for the second semester of the 2024/2025 academic year.

The mobility includes:

Academic Staff Exchange for Teaching

Duration of Mobility:  

5 days of training + 2 travel days

The grant includes:

Daily allowance (140 EURO per day for staff)

Travel costs (depending on the distance between the host university and the home university). To determine the distance, click on the following link:

  • Curriculum Vitae në gjuhën Angleze
  • List of publications in English
  • Photocopy of the passport
  • Motivation letter in English
  • Certificate of employment and permission from the Dean of the respective Faculty to undertake the mobility (translated into English and notarized).
  • Certificate confirming English language proficiency at B2 level
  • Mobility Plan
  • Declaration Form
  • Application form

The documents must be submitted to the Protocol Office at the Rectorate of the University of Medicine, Tirana, as well as scanned and sent to the following address: projects.office@umed.edu.al

The documentation submitted to the Protocol Office must be accompanied by the Application Form, which contains the information for each applicant and must be signed by the applicant.
