Në kuadër të bashkëpunimit për Programin Erasmus+ me Universitëtin e Seviljes, Spanjë, hapet thirrja për stafin administrativ të Universitetit të Mjekësisë, Tiranë për pjesëmarrje në Javën e Stafit që do të zhvillohet në periudhën 13-17 Maj 2024 në Sevilje (programi i aktivitetit do të përditësohet së shpejti nga Universiteti i Seviljes).
Duration of Mobility: 5 days of training + 2 travel days

The grant includes:
- Daily allowance (160 EURO per day for staff)

Documents to be submitted:
- Curriculum Vitae në gjuhën Angleze
- Photocopy of the passport
- Motivation letter in English
- Employment Certificate and approval from the Dean of the respective Faculty to undertake the mobility (translated into English and notarized). In the case of administrative staff of the Rectorate, the employment certificate will be issued by the Human Resources Department and the approval will be obtained from the respective Line Director.
- English Language Proficiency Certificate at B2 level, translated into English and notarized.

The Mobility Plan is signed by the applicant and subsequently by the Institutional Erasmus+ Coordinator, Prof. Dr. Alma Idrizi.
The documents must be submitted to the Protocol Office at the Rectorate of the University of Medicine, Tirana, as well as scanned and sent to the following address: projects.office@umed.edu.al
