CALL FOR APPLICATIONS OPEN FOR ADMINISTRATIVE STAFF MOBILITY OF THE UNIVERSITY OF MEDICINE, TIRANA, FOR TRAINING AT ARISTOTLE UNIVERSITY OF THESSALONIKI, GREECE

Within the framework of the Erasmus+ Programme, the call for applications is open for mobility opportunities for the administrative staff of the University of Medicine, Tirana, at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece, for the first semester of the academic year 2024/2025.

The mobility includes:

Administrative Staff Mobility for Training

Duration of Mobility:  

5 days + 2 travel days (the mobility will take place during the period 02.10.2024 – 31.01.2025)

The grant includes:

Daily allowance (€180 per day)

Travel costs (depending on the distance between the host university and the home university). To determine the distance, click on the following link:

Documents to be submitted:     

  1. Curriculum Vitae (CV) in English, prepared in the Europass format.
  2. Photocopy of passport;
  3. Motivation Letter in English.
  4. English Language Proficiency Certificate at B2 level, translated into English and notarized;
  5. Employment Certificate and approval from the Dean of the respective Faculty to undertake the mobility (translated into English and notarized). In the case of administrative staff of the Rectorate, the employment certificate will be issued by the Human Resources Department and the approval will be obtained from the Director of the respective Directorate.
  6. The Mobility Plan, which must be signed by the applicant and subsequently by the Institutional Erasmus+ Coordinator, Prof. Dr. Alma Idrizi.

Deadline for submission of documentation: 24 April 2024

The documents must be submitted to the Protocol Office at the Rectorate of the University of Medicine, Tirana, and also sent as scanned copies to the following email address: projects.office@umed.edu.al

The documentation submitted to the Protocol Office must be accompanied by the application form containing the details of each applicant and must be signed by the applicant.
