Within the framework of the Erasmus+ Programme, the call for applications is open for mobility opportunities for the administrative staff of the University of Medicine, Tirana, at the Medical University of Graz, Austria.
The mobility includes::
Administrative Staff Mobility for Training
Duration of Mobility:
5 days + 1 travel day
Mobility dates:
From 12–16 May 2025
The grant includes:
- Daily allowance (€160 per day for staff);

Documents to be submitted:
- Curriculum Vitae (CV) in English, prepared in the Europass format.
- Photocopy of passport;
- Motivation Letter in English.
- Certificate of Employment and approval from the direct supervisor.
- Certificate of English language proficiency at the B2 level, translated into English and notarized.
- Certificate confirming whether or not you have previously completed an Erasmus+ mobility (if yes, you must specify the completed mobilities, indicating the host universities and the period of each mobility);

The documents must be submitted to the Protocol Office at the Rectorate of the University of Medicine, Tirana, and also sent as scanned copies to the following email address: projects.office@umed.edu.al
The documentation submitted to the Protocol Office must be accompanied by the application form containing the details of each applicant and must be signed by the applicant.
