1984 – Graduated from the Finance Department, Faculty of Economics, University of Tirana.
1994 onwards, he completed courses, seminars and certified trainings regarding deepening knowledge on the accounting plan, national and international accounting standards and their application in practice, organized by the National Accounting Council, Ministry of Finance, Regional Development Agency, Institute of Certified Public Accountants, where he was provided with certificates and qualification certificates. He has also completed various trainings related to financial and health administration organized by USAID, the International American Health Alliance and New York University, held in Albania, Slovenia, Turkey, etc. 2010: Earns the title of “Fiscal Expert”, from the Institute of Fiscal Experts, No. 45 dated 23.12.2010. 2011: Earns the title of “Approved Accountant”, from the Certification Authority at the Ministry of Finance, No. 104 dated 25.10.2011. 2013: Earns the title of “Registered Accounting Expert (statutory auditor), from the Certification Authority at the Ministry of Finance, No. 98 dated 04.09.2013.

1995-2004: Finance economist (head of the finance branch), at the Obstetrics and Gynecology University Hospital "Queen Geraldine", Tirana.
2004-2007: Deputy Director of Economics, at the Obstetrics and Gynecology University Hospital "Queen Geraldine", Tirana.
2007 -2016: Administrator and chief finance officer in the private sector.
