Since 1991, she has been a professor at the Department of Dental Orthopedics, Faculty of Medicine.
Since 1998, she has been the course instructor for Clinical Orthodontics.
1998-2014 President of the Albanian Orthodontists Association.
2012-2014 Chairwoman of the Council of Professors at the Faculty of Dental Medicine.
Leader and representative of Albania in the European Community Program PECOEUROQUAL-BIOMED (Brussels), and a member of the Steering Council of the Balkan Dental Association.
Over 100 scientific papers both in the country and abroad, as well as lectures abroad.
Over 20 scientific Ph.D. supervisings.
Since 2013, Vice Dean at the Faculty of Dental Medicine.
