- Application form; Link
- Curriculum Vitae in English;
- Motivation Letter in English.
- Photocopy of passport;
- Kopje e diplomës dhe listë notash e niveleve të mëparshme të studimit (e noterizuar dhe përkthyer në gjuhën angleze);
- Student Certificate (notarized and translated into English);
- Foreign Language Certificate (minimum English level B2), certified as a true copy of the original;

Submission of Documentation:
The documents must be submitted to the Protocol Office at the Rectorate of the University of Medicine, Tirana, and also sent as scanned copies to the following email address: erasmus@umed.edu.al
