The fourth Consortium Meeting for the DigiCare4You project (Horizon 2020)

On November 20th and 21st, the fourth Consortium Meeting for the DigiCare4You project (Horizon 2020) was successfully held in Tirana International Hotel & Conference Centre, hosted by University of Medicine, Tirana.

More than 30 partners representing the 16-member DigiCare4You Consortium from 10 countries globally, gathered physically but also remotely to discuss the progress achieved so far and plan the next steps of the project. The meeting has been constantly marked by strong enthusiasm, energy, and participation!

The aim of the DigiCare4You project is to evaluate the scalability and transferability of an intersectoral innovative solution that involves digital tools oriented towards empowering families and integrating community care services for the prevention and management of type 2 diabetes and hypertension.

At the start of the meeting, greetings were addressed by the Vice-Rector of the University, Professor Alma Idrizi. The Consortium Meeting was an invaluable opportunity for all partners to showcase the progress of their work packages. It was fascinating to see the advancements and contributions that each partner brought to the table.
